The customer service was impressive! The staff were friendly and excellent at communicating with me when I had any questions or concerns. The property is well kept and my life’s material belongings survived the harsh winter and summer months this past year. I will definitely be calling Silvio and his team if I am ever in need of storage again because they offer a friendly, honest, and reliable professional service 😊

My friends and I stopped at Apple Self Storage to reserve a storage unit for the summer. We were served by Silvio Valerio who was extremely helpful and very patient when answering our questions. Overall the customer service was excellent. The storage itself has good location and looks to be very safe/secure. 100% will recommend.

From their kindness, accommodation, they were always so responsive and easy to talk to and good for a laugh and listening ear.
