The property manager, Silvio Valerio goes above and beyond for customer service, which in today's world is something you don't see often. As we are part of a corporate company, he looks after our group like we are family, and always let's us know when we have items shipped to us at his location. If the items are on a skid, he will have the delivery person drop them off in front of the storage unit and send us a message to let us know right away. If we have extra packages and boxes dropped off at the office, he will go that extra mile and help us bring them to the unit (see the picture). Thank you Silvio and team for all you do for us and your customers.

Silvio is nothing short of amazing! At the last minute moving our family across Canada and in need of some short term storage Silvio took care of us! Silvio and his team made it feel like not another corporate storage facility but a family!

Amazing customer service! Silvio is super friendly and professional every time i dealt with him. Storage is 24/7 access which is amazing due to my crazy life and work hours. The property was clean and kept! Definitely would use again!!!!!

I went to the storage place without advance reservation with my trailer, Silvio the employee on duty assisted me for parking the trailer and helped me to choose a storage unit. I have no idea which unit to rent for but Silvio suggested me the smaller one and did not up sale at all. He is a super friendly and welcoming guy. Thanks for his help I finished my rental process and moving all my stuff in a hour. Such a great working attitude, I would recommend this storage unit!

Highly recommend, would store property here anytime. Plus I am always greeted by and have a great conversation with Sylvio at the front desk. Put your stuff here and you will sleep well knowing it is well taken care of.
