Had a great experience with Apple Storage on Hewitson. Silvio was very professional and courteous. Apple Storage is lucky to have him. Perhaps he can train some of the managers from your other locations. They were not as professional and courteous. I will suggest Hewitson Apple Storage to anyone looking to store. 😁

Great experience with Apple Storage! Silvio was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. The storage unit was clean and ready to go, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a very hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Silvio and Apple Storage to anyone looking for a clean, reliable storage unit!

I found the pricing quite high, but that was the only negative. Stored my stuff throughout the winter and spring and I had no damage or moisture issues. Silvio is great to deal with; he has the best customer-service skills I've seen for a long time!

I would absolutely recommend Apple Self Storage! I was put in an unexpected situation and they were able to accommodate me same day with a spacious and clean unit. The customer service here is exceptional. Throughout the many months of using their unit I dealt alot with Silvio who made what seemed like impossible situations to me so much easier to deal with. He was friendly, fair, understanding and willing to work with me in order to meet my needs. Honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

I’ve had a small unit with Apple self storage since January 2026. I was in a bind and literally picked the first place that popped up on google. They were able to get me a unit super quick (literally same day)! I’ve never had any issues with security or weirdos loitering around the lot, even when I was there by myself in the evenings.
They recently switched to a new system for payments and even though they contacted me to update my card, I forgot and it was my own fault, they didn’t charge me any late fees or anything.
I’ve dealt with Silvio since the beginning and he’s always been so helpful and easy to deal with! I’m glad I stumbled across this place. Would recommend.
