The property manager, Silvio Valerio goes above and beyond for customer service, which in today's world is something you don't see often. As we are part of a corporate company, he looks after our group like we are family, and always let's us know when we have items shipped to us at his location. If the items are on a skid, he will have the delivery person drop them off in front of the storage unit and send us a message to let us know right away. If we have extra packages and boxes dropped off at the office, he will go that extra mile and help us bring them to the unit (see the picture). Thank you Silvio and team for all you do for us and your customers.

I sold my home in December and needed a place to store my furniture for a few months until my new house in SK was ready to receive furniture. The service has been exceptional since the first day I walked in to inquire about a unit. Silvio was there when I signed up at the time and also helped me with the close of my account today. They offer locks and flexible unit selection. Everything stayed dry, it was easy to pull a trailer in and out (wide alleys), the security felt sound - you have a code to enter and exit, the yard is well lit. I'd recommend.

Great experience with Apple Storage! The facility is clean and secure, but the highlight is the amazing customer service. Sal was especially generous and helpful—he truly went above and beyond to assist. Highly recommend!

The customer service was impressive! The staff were friendly and excellent at communicating with me when I had any questions or concerns. The property is well kept and my life’s material belongings survived the harsh winter and summer months this past year. I will definitely be calling Silvio and his team if I am ever in need of storage again because they offer a friendly, honest, and reliable professional service 😊
