The property manager, Silvio Valerio goes above and beyond for customer service, which in today's world is something you don't see often. As we are part of a corporate company, he looks after our group like we are family, and always let's us know when we have items shipped to us at his location. If the items are on a skid, he will have the delivery person drop them off in front of the storage unit and send us a message to let us know right away. If we have extra packages and boxes dropped off at the office, he will go that extra mile and help us bring them to the unit (see the picture). Thank you Silvio and team for all you do for us and your customers.

We had a great experience with Apple Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained — perfect for safely parking our van. A special thanks to Silvio, the property manager, for being so helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything about the facility and made sure we got a good and safe spot for our vehicle. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable storage and parking!

My husband and I are currently navigating the stressful waters of “moving house”. We decided that we would try renting a storage unit, something new for both of us. Our experience today with Silvio at Apple Self Storage was TOP TEIR. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Silvio’s outgoing attitude towards his job and customers immediately put my mind at rest. Visited store for information re: moving supplies. Very helpful friendly staff, thank you for freebee packing wrap, so much appreciated. Excellent quote for rental of unit, but distance from our location is too far. Would highly recommend you. Keep that wonderful smile on your face.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of room to park your vehicle inside a gated and secured parking lot. Great prices. Would recommend this place to anyone flying to and from the Thunder bay Airport(5 minute drive). Plus, the Convenient 24 hour access is a bonus.
