The customer service was impressive! The staff were friendly and excellent at communicating with me when I had any questions or concerns. The property is well kept and my life’s material belongings survived the harsh winter and summer months this past year. I will definitely be calling Silvio and his team if I am ever in need of storage again because they offer a friendly, honest, and reliable professional service 😊

I had the pleasure of dealing with Silvio today at the Hewittson location, and I don't think I've ever had such a positive experience with a customer service agent in any business. He was helpful, friendly, accommodating, and very personable. Not only was it a positive experience for the service but also a great personal experience. I had to deal with such unfortunate circumstances in my personal life and Silvio was a blessing in disguise. He was not only extremely helpful but also professional and went above and beyond his duties by accommodating me to alleviate stress during the difficult situation I was facing. I cannot begin to thank him enough. He helped me in such a crucial time in my life as I dealt with unexpected challenges and made me feel comfortable by being compassionate towards my situation. I had the pleasure of being helped by Silvio at Apple Self Storage. His customer service was excellent. I had called earlier and requested to see two storage units. Silvio promptly showed me the units. He was kind, friendly and patient. Once I picked the unit I wanted, he stated that he would have it swept and ready for me later that evening (which it was). The prices were reasonable and Silvio made the process of getting a storage unit go by so smooth. I would recommend Apple Self Storage to friends!
