Apple Self Storage - Redwood

We’ve been using Apple Storage lockers for quite some time now. We had an indoor unit over at the Edward/Redwood location and we had nothing but the best and utmost courteous service from all the staff. Always smiling, always polite and helpful. We now have a few outdoor units over at the Hewitson location and the staff are equally as polite and helpful. We’ve dealt with Silvio on a few occasions and l he was not only courteous and helpful, but he’s gone above and beyond expectations, to accommodate us and our needs. Having storage lockers at other places in town, I can easily say that Apple Storage is the top of the tier in storage facilities. Great prices and great people. I also noticed that between having outdoor units at other places versus Apple Storage, Apple’s yard is kept nice and clean and not a messy mud hole. I’ve literally been stuck in the mud and up to my ankles in puddles. Never been an issue at Apple. Well done and bravo to everyone at Apple Storage and you’ve got customers for life!! I’ve had a storage unit here with Apple for about 2.5 yrs and have been pleased with the facility & the staff. In Winter I always found the lot to be cleared of snow & well kept the other months. Staff have been not only friendly & helpful but fun as I usually can make them laugh with some knee slapping jokes! I highly recommend this Apple Storage location and Silvio who keeps things running great. Thanks Silvio!

I recently had the pleasure of using the storage services provided by Apple Self Storage on Hewitson, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Sivio, the manager, is very friendly, the service is great, and the pricing is very competitive. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The location is great, and the access hours are convenient, allowing me to retrieve or store items whenever necessary without any hassle. I highly recommend Silvio for anyone in need of storage solutions in Thunder Bay.

Been storing my stuff here for over a year now and all I can say is “Top-Class”. The facility manager Silvio is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He goes above and beyond non-stop his customers. I cannot recommend this storage facility enough! Do yourself a favour and go see Silvio if you’re looking for a storage unit. He won’t let you down.
