The customer service was impressive! The staff were friendly and excellent at communicating with me when I had any questions or concerns. The property is well kept and my life’s material belongings survived the harsh winter and summer months this past year. I will definitely be calling Silvio and his team if I am ever in need of storage again because they offer a friendly, honest, and reliable professional service 😊

It takes a lot for me to give anything let alone anyone a 5/5 stars, but these guys made it possible! From their kindness, accommodation, they were always so responsive and easy to talk to and good for a laugh and listening ear. They helped me out in ways that I am so thankful for as someone new to Thunder Bay, and went above and beyond in ways that I will ALWAYS remember! Another shoutout specifically to Silvio and Ron for the good work they do and for their kindness and understanding and helping me out. Definitely recommend to a friend to come here for all your storage needs! Come for the storage, stay for the amazing company!
